ARTIFICIAL CULTURED LIVE ROCK
Since many years we started producing artificial live rock for the marine aquarium industry.
Collection of natural live rock pose a serious threat to the costal environment. It removes natural protection to the coast and accelarate beach abrasion.
The solution found to this problem, is to produce artificial live rock, made out of cement, pimice and lime stone.
Thes Artificial rocks are submerged in a very exposed environment to speed up the colonisation process. It takes at least 2 years to produce properly colonized artificial live rock.
